On July 23 2000 we boarded the Holland American ship # 6 - MS Statendam for a one week cruise of the inside passage of Alaska as guests of Avery and Dot McCarthy. The cruise had stops in Sitka, Juneau, and Ketchikan. Among some of the activities we enjoyed were whale watching in Sitka, a helicopter tour of a glacier in Juneau, and totem pole making in Ketchican. The trip was called, appropriately for the time Y2AK, hence the title of this gallery.
